He currently serves as Chairman of AlphaOmega Real Estate, leading real estate transactions, development, and planning, specializing in master plans that enhance property values. His career highlights include leadership roles at VinGroup, BRG Group, and significant contributions to major projects like the Vung Ro Bay Resort and the Phu Yen Province Master Plan, which attracted substantial foreign investment. He also played a crucial role in developing Singapore's 1998 Master Plan and Sentosa Master Plan during his time with Singapore's planning authorities, and held planning positions in London earlier in his career. James holds advanced degrees in urban planning from the University of Westminster and is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Planners and a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (UK).

Anthony is a results-oriented construction consultant with 15 years of experience in Vietnam. He specializes in commercial management, competitive bidding, and contract administration, helping clients maximize value and minimize risk on large-scale projects, such as high-rise commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. His background includes an MBA from La Trobe University and experience at NAGECCO, a leading Vietnamese consultancy. As a licensed real estate broker, he also offers clients invaluable market insights. He is committed to delivering exceptional results and building strong client relationships.

Keen is a business professional specializing in operations, international trade, real estate, and entrepreneurship. He completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration (International Business and Management) from CSU Monterey Bay and the joined a residential renovation company in Southern California. Running operations, he drove a 50% sales increase by securing contracts with apartment developers and overseeing imports from China. As his career progressed he decided to obtain his real estate broker license (DRE# 01978483) where he consulted clients in his network on real estate asset acquisition, investments, and development. Filling the void for his passion for international business, he decided to go to his motherland, Vietnam where he along with some family members founded a food industry trading and logistics company.
